1. How far can the GT300 travel, and how do I charge the battery?

The GT300 offers up to 40 km of estimated riding range and uses a built-in battery that can be charged directly on the bike. Actual range may vary depending on rider weight, terrain, temperature, riding mode, speed and other riding conditions.

2. Should I choose the 24″ or 26″ GT300?

Choose the 24″ GT300 if you prefer a more compact and easier-to-manage setup, while the 26″ version provides a more full-size riding feel. As a general reference, the 24″ version is suited to riders around 155–170 cm, while the 26″ version is suited to riders around 165–190 cm. Individual fit may vary.

3. Do I need a licence or registration to ride the GT300 in Europe?

The EU/UK road-compliant GT300 is a pedal-equipped electric bicycle with fully functional pedals, a 250W continuous-rated motor and electric assistance limited to 25 km/h (15.5 mph). In Great Britain, a compliant EAPC does not require a driving licence, vehicle registration, road tax or motor insurance. In EU countries, standard compliant pedal-assist e-bikes are generally treated as bicycles, although local age, helmet, insurance and road-use rules may vary by country.

4. What warranty and after-sales support do I get?

The GT300 includes a 2-year frame warranty and 1-year coverage for the battery, motor, controller and other eligible original components. AAIRSK also provides after-sales support, with compatible replacement parts available for supported models.

Great bike I did some upgrades on mine more lights put Kevlar tires on it fatter seat cuz I'm a big boy more lights and if they made a 4-in fat tire version with double hub of this model I would buy it I ride it daily and enjoy it every time I do

I really like this bike I wish they made one with a double hub just like it with the 4-in tires I'd buy one of them too I've made this custom for me did a few upgrades got a fat seat some mirrors added more lights the essential upgrades tires wouldn't that great but I got some cavalar lawn tires from Amazon which was an easy upgrade I enjoy it I ride it daily
