1. How far can the SU7 travel, and is the battery removable?

The SU7 offers up to 52 km of estimated riding range. It uses a built-in, non-removable battery that is charged directly on the bike. Actual range may vary depending on rider weight, terrain, temperature, riding mode, speed and other riding conditions.

2. Is the SU7 easy to get on and off?

Yes. The SU7 features a 24″ step-through frame designed to make mounting and dismounting easier, making it a practical choice for everyday commuting, leisure riding and routes with frequent stops.

3. Do I need a licence or registration to ride the SU7 in Europe?

The EU/UK road-compliant SU7 is a pedal-equipped electric bicycle with fully functional pedals, a 250W continuous-rated motor and electric assistance limited to 25 km/h (15.5 mph). In Great Britain, a compliant EAPC does not require a driving licence, vehicle registration, road tax or motor insurance. In EU countries, standard compliant pedal-assist e-bikes are generally treated as bicycles, although local age, helmet, insurance and road-use rules may vary by country.

4. What warranty and after-sales support do I get?

The SU7 includes a 2-year frame warranty and 1-year coverage for the battery, motor, controller and other eligible original components. AAIRSK also provides after-sales support, with compatible replacement batteries and essential parts available for supported models.

Still Have Questions?

Our team can help you choose the right e-bike, check product details or answer questions about delivery and support.

1. Is the SU7 difficult to assemble?

No full bike build is normally required. The SU7 arrives mostly pre-assembled, with only a few final components requiring installation and basic safety checks before your first ride.

2. What size rider is the SU7 suitable for?

The SU7 features compact 24-inch wheels and a step-through frame, making it generally suitable for riders around 155–170 cm. Actual fit may vary depending on inseam length, saddle adjustment, body proportions and riding position, so this height range should be used as a general sizing reference.

3. Is the SU7 suitable for uneven roads and everyday paths?

Yes. The SU7 combines 24″ wheels and front suspension to provide added comfort on city streets, park paths and moderately uneven everyday surfaces. It is designed primarily for commuting and leisure riding rather than demanding technical trails.

4. What motor and electric assistance does the SU7 use?

The EU/UK SU7 configuration uses a 250W rear hub motor, with electric assistance limited to 25 km/h (15.5 mph).

5. What suspension and braking system does the SU7 use?

The SU7 features front suspension to help reduce vibration on uneven surfaces, together with front and rear mechanical disc brakes for controlled everyday braking.

6. How much does the SU7 weigh and how much can it carry?

The SU7 weighs approximately 23.5 kg and has a listed maximum load of up to 150 kg. The total load includes the rider and anything carried on the bike.

7. Where will my SU7 be shipped from and how long does delivery take?

Orders are fulfilled from the nearest available regional warehouse where possible. AAIRSK normally processes orders within 1–2 business days, followed by approximately 3–10 business days of carrier transit depending on the destination and carrier.

8. Can I return the SU7 if it is not right for me?

Eligible return requests can be submitted within 15 calendar days of delivery. Please contact AAIRSK before returning the bike so our team can confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions. Full return conditions and any applicable costs are explained in the Return & Refund Policy.

Love it. Easy to assemble- so easy to ride

The Goldilocks of Electric Bikes - It's just right!

I tested a few e-bikes that felt too flimsy or were way over the legal power limit. The Aairsk SU7 is the perfect balance. It has enough power (a very zippy 400W/748W peak) to be fun and practical, but it's fully compliant and feels safe and controlled. The build quality is solid, not cheap. The battery range is just right for my needs. The step-thru frame is just right for easy mounting. It’s not overly complicated; it's a thoughtfully designed, high-quality product that does exactly what it promises. I couldn't be happier with my purchase

Surprisingly easy assembly and instant fun!

I was a bit nervous about assembling an e-bike, but the Aairsk SU7 arrived well-packaged and about 90% assembled. It took me less than 30 minutes to attach the front wheel, handlebars, and pedals. The instructions were clear. The moment I powered it on and took it for a spin, I was blown away. The power delivery is smooth, the bike feels incredibly sturdy, and everything just works as advertised. The rear rack was already installed, which was a nice bonus. A fantastic out-of-the-box experience that led to an even better riding experience.

The card key unlock is a genius feature!

I'm a tech guy, and the LCD display with card access immediately caught my eye. It’s not a gimmick; it's incredibly convenient. A quick tap of the card and the bike is on. The display itself is sleek and shows all the crucial data at a glance. Beyond the tech, the bike is a fantastic performer. The 36V 13Ah battery gives me a reliable range that I don't have to stress about, and the Class 2 throttle is perfect for when I need a quick burst of speed without pedaling. It’s a modern e-bike that perfectly blends smart technology with robust, legal performance.

Feel safe and seen, day or night.

My number one priority was safety, and the Aairsk SU7 delivers. The bright headlight and taillight make me feel visible during early morning or evening rides—a feature that should be standard on all e-bikes. The step-thru frame is not just about comfort; it's about stability. I can easily put both feet flat on the ground at a stop, which is a huge confidence booster. The full fenders are a lifesaver on wet roads. The fact that it has this powerful, legal motor and a removable battery for secure charging is the icing on the cake. A wonderfully safe and well-designed machine.
