This Payment Policy explains the payment methods, payment processing, order confirmation and payment-related procedures for purchases made through aairsk.com.

AAIRSK offers multiple secure payment options at checkout.
Depending on your location, order and payment-provider eligibility, available payment methods may include:

- Klarna

2. Credit and Debit Card Payments

Card payments may be subject to authorisation and security checks by your bank, card issuer or payment processor. AAIRSK does not control whether a bank or card issuer approves or declines a transaction.

Customers may choose PayPal at checkout where available.
PayPal payments are processed through PayPal's secure payment environment. The funding methods available within PayPal may depend on your PayPal account, location and PayPal's own eligibility requirements.
4. Klarna
Klarna may be available to eligible customers in supported markets.
Depending on your location and Klarna's assessment, Klarna may offer different payment options. Availability, approval, payment schedule and applicable terms are determined by Klarna.
Selecting Klarna at checkout does not guarantee approval of a Klarna payment option.
5. Payment Currency
Prices on aairsk.com are primarily displayed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.
If your card, PayPal account, Klarna account or other payment source uses a different currency, your payment provider may perform a currency conversion and may apply its own exchange rate or fees. These charges are determined by the payment provider and are outside AAIRSK's control.

AAIRSK uses a secure checkout process to help protect customer payment and personal information.
Checkout pages use HTTPS / SSL encryption, and payment information is processed through authorised payment providers.
AAIRSK does not store your full payment-card details in readable form.
7. Payment Authorisation
An order can only be processed after the selected payment method has been successfully authorised.
A transaction may be declined or remain incomplete for reasons including:

Eligible orders of €350 or more qualify for free standard shipping in accordance with the AAIRSK Shipping Policy.
For other orders, the applicable shipping charge is displayed during checkout. AAIRSK does not intentionally add undisclosed mandatory charges after the customer has completed the purchase.
10. Order Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to request an order cancellation, please contact AAIRSK as soon as possible.
Whether an order can be cancelled depends on its processing and fulfilment status. If an order has already entered fulfilment or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refund eligibility, return conditions, applicable costs and refund processing times are governed by the Return & Refund Policy .
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method, subject to applicable law and payment-provider requirements.

If you experience a payment problem, please first check that your payment information is correct and that your bank or payment provider has not declined the transaction.
