To Justin Behnken. To remove the battery the is a bolt just behind the front crank. Just remove it and the controller and the battery will slide out. You might need to give it a little assistance.
I tried to contact AAIRSK for product support â Customer service does not exist

I cant seem to locate the program menu to show what setting can be adjusted. Diagrams I find dont match my screen. P1 is not screen brightness, but adjusts between km/miles. Looking to change pedal assist.
The reviews i have read donât match my experience. This bike was low quality. The motor couldnât take me up anything but a shallow hill. The electric battery ran out very quick and the electric power system broke after 3 months, customer r service was rally bad. I wouldnât never recommend anyone to buy this bile its cheap and nasty and no good in my opinion.
